Were We Hunt:
We currently have excess to 200 acres of rice/soy bean fields 10 miles south of Black Rock, AR.  This property is broken up to offer 3 fields (55 acre, 80 acre, and a 60 acre field).  All three fields are separate from each other and offer no competition between the properties.  We have access to an additional 1,000 acres that includes flooded green timber, sloughs, and buck brush.

Our 200 tract has never been hunted other than by family members, and with excellent success rates.  There is currently only one other blind within site of the properties, but with our land lease this will allow us full access to lease this blind.

Ben (only non-family member to have had the ability to hunt on this property) – “….The three days I spent hunting on the 55 acre track was unbelievable!  We saw thousands of birds working our field and had many opportunities to be selective on the birds we harvested.  The number of Pintails I saw was out of this world.  I look forward to joining Scott (my guide) again in the following years.”
